The Retail Drinks Industry Awards are the peak awards for Australia’s retail liquor industry, saluting the year-round efforts made by people and companies in our industry to succeed in business, through superior customer service, product knowledge and professionalism. Retail Drinks is delighted to be able to run this important annual Awards Program. Each award category recognises the success and hard work of people and companies in our industry, attracting hundreds of entries, generating significant media interest, and acting as a platform to boost the profile of individuals, businesses and partners.

September 2024: Mystery Shopping & Judging
Early October 2024: Awards Finalists Announced
Mid-Late October 2024: Finalist Interviews & Judging
13th November 2024: Awards Presentation Dinner
The 2024 Awards Presentation Dinner will be held in conjunction with the Retail Drinks Industry Summit, and FY24 Annual General Meeting.
2024 Award Finalists
Thank you to all retailer members who took the time to nominate in this year’s Awards Program, whether nominating your liquor store/s, your online retail liquor business, or in one of the individual awards categories. Off the back of a huge uplift in nominations in 2023, nominations across all categories grew by a further 20% this year to 532 in total, and in the individual awards categories nominations grew by 10%.
